Interview
Three interviews: phone, HR, and department manager. HR went through the different departments that were looking aside from the one I initially applied for. I picked a different department than the one I was applying for. Once you get past HR, you're pretty much in, unless you have some crazy demands during the department manager interview.
Self Introduction,
Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
