The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IMC Medical Communication
Interview
Two part test
- Article then lay summary. Passed writing test - feedback was mostly positive but some comments were quite rude… hiring managers need to work on the language they use when providing written feedback
Interview - 30 minutes
Unprofessional hiring process - hiring managers stated decision would be made in 1 week. Talent acquisition specialist did not provide any further communication after I passed the writing test and did my interview until I emailed after waiting one week. Then I was finally notified four weeks after my interview. Extremely long time to wait.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at IMC Medical Communication (London, England)
Interview
Had a quick call with HR for job desciption and to go through my CV. This was followed by a writing task. I was asked to write a national news health news story using a clinical article. I was then invited to a face to face interview with HR and then with the senior team.
No mention of pay. The lady seemed nice. I didn't bother as I got the vibe that they're desperate to hire with high staff turnover. Seemed vague, they'd hire anyone for any job as I got the feeling that nobody lasts.
