The interview was a waste: they already had my resume. They had me print it. Once the interview was over, they had me fill out an 8 page form which was a form of a handwritten resume. Further, they said salary was non negotiable and stated the salary was less than I made as a registered intern, but they wanted me to supervise interns since I am licensed.
