INDEPENDENCE REHAB interview questions

I received an email from David Smith (recruiter) about a job opening, after speaking with him over the phone he invited me in for a face to face with him. I then had a follow up interview with the four owners in a group. From there David gave me an offer letter.

I felt that it was very personable. Even though they were states away, I feel like HR knew me. It was also very direct, no empty promises- like with other companies.
