Interview
Three separate interviews, and a curated presentation on plan, 30/60/90 and initial scope of job. Interviews were conducted on site at the company headquarters. After this process, the offer letter came very quickly from human resources, a small amount of negotiation, and then decision.

Can you describe how you would spend the next 90 days in the position?
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IONpath (West Menlo Park, CA)
Interview
The interview process was enjoyable and reasonable. I had multiple zoom interviews where I had the opportunity to meet various future coworkers. Then I had an in person interview which was nice to meet the team in person and get a better feel for what my role would be.

They mostly asked about my previous experiences that related to the role. Along with questions about my work style, to ensure I’d be a good fit with the team and company culture.
A bit tedious and inconsistent. The hiring manger was responsive, but the recruitment specialist was very unresponsive. Greendoor was the software used in the recruitment process, and IOnpath was very slow to review and update.
