I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IPS-Integrated Project Services in Sept 2021
Interview
30 minute phone call with recruiter going over my general background and experience, the following week an interview with 2 managers going a little more in detail about past work experience and project examples.

Question 1
Do you have prior experience with Procore or other construction management software?
Thorough process. I met with both corporate office and satellite office managers. The front end internal recruiting wasnt something i particularly liked although it went fine and they were helpful.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at IPS-Integrated Project Services (Concord, ON) in Feb 2018
Interview
1 HR interview (short and pleasant)
One 3 panel interview (VP, PM, Tech lead).
VP started off on her own, PM joined 15 minutes later.
VP was curt and abrupt. No pleasantries. Very accomplished. Wasn't interested in hearing much about what I had to say or my career path.
In my personal accounts and also observing the staff, there were no visible minorities from a black background employed. The body language and engagement from the VP left little doubt in my mind on the direction the interview was going.
VP left for 20 minutes for me to discuss with a PM. When she returned to the board room, she flatly stated "why are you still here?"
In summary, not a difficult interview but would not recommend working for an individual who conducts themselves with that level of autonomy.
For comparison, two peers interviewed with this group as well. One was a visible minority of south indian descent who had a similar experience to mine and another was of asian descent who was talked at and given an opportunity. All from the same graduating class.
You do the math. Cheers,
