I applied online. I interviewed at IPS-Integrated Project Services
Interview
Quick recruiter screen and then a phone call interview with team member.
Overall process was very informal. Team member interviewing me took the meeting from his truck without video. Seemed unprepared as they didn't have my paperwork or recruiter notes with them. Called me by the wrong name. Dropped 'F' bomb. One of the more unprofessional interviews I've taken.
I interviewed at IPS-Integrated Project Services (Vaughan, ON)
Interview
There were 2 rounds: 1 with HR and one with the lead designer, who reviewed my portfolio. Both were very friendly during the process. I was also given the flexibility to move the 2nd one online to fit my schedule.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IPS-Integrated Project Services (Somerset, NJ) in Jul 2025
Interview
The interview seemed like it went extremely well. I did my research; first I got a call from the recruiter, and then the main hiring manager, crazy part is they did not tell me anything for up to a month even though I sent an email 3 times, i turned down a potential offer just because I had my hopes on them and it just seemed really good. They are all terrible human beings. I also know better too but for context only 33 people applied for the role so it just did not make any sense
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Just tell me about yourself, he yapped for the whole session, and did not even give me a chance to sell myself, and I am happy he yapped because that made it seem like the conversation was actually good.
