I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at IQVIA (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2008
Interview
It was very slow. Scheduling the first (phone) interview took a month. It was done by two practice leaders, who were evaluating which practice I would better fit with and for what position level they would consider me.
The next (face-to-face) interview took 2 months, with a number of reschedules. The people were nice, seemed relaxed. I met with 6 people, including sales, head of the practice, my future would-be boss, and a number of delivery leaders. They all seemed impressed, and the feedback from HR person was that they will make an offer soon.
It took another 2 months to make an offer. By that time I already got two more offers, one comparable and one much better than theirs.
