I applied the job through their website, Then I got a call from an HR. She asked me some basic questions (including an 1-2 minutes self-introduction in English). An interview with a team senior was arranged. I didn't heard back from them, But I think you'll be add into their pool, as I received an interview invitation for another role a few months later.

The process begins with self-introduction, Following this, they ask about my work experience, detailing relevant roles and responsibilities that have prepared me for the new position. I also asked about some background knowledge related to the role, Finally, they asked about my preferred working environment,
Seems like my interviewing process was sped up since they really need somebody to start ASAP. I only got a phone screening and one interview with more senior members on the team.
Three rounds, one with recruiter, two with managers of varying seniority, one of whom was my future manager. Mostly soft skills questions and questions about my resume and past experiences, overall was a very easygoing and friendly conversation
A recruiter reached out to me about an open position for a CTA, so I scheduled the interview in hopes to open some doors. It was a good "get to know you" interview very easy and laid back. Went over my prior experience.
