The interview process began with a phone screening which was pretty straight forward. I was asked about my work history and experiences. When I went through the in person interview, it was much of the same, but I is more conversational and I got to tour the office.

Interview
A group of two people skyped me, then spent 30 minutes outlining the position without giving me a chance to comment until the end, when they realized they were over time. I briefly summarized my experiences in respect of their next interview and they did not ask follow up questions.
When I received the email about not getting the offer, they cited my lack of experience with repetitive tasks and data entry; they only asked me a question about the latter.
They also mentioned that they hope to sell the company and automate its processes in a few years so do not think of this position as a long term offer.
