IRI Field Service Representative Part Time interview questions

I Emailed my resume to the job ad site then I received an email stating that I would receive a call for a phone interview on a specific day and time.The interview lasted about 15 minutes.It then was followed up by a conference call to go over job duties and obtain info about the company and then was followed up by meeting with a Peer Trainer for job training.

Everything initially was done online. Application submitted online and several months later I was contacted about the position. There was a telephone interview which was very basic asking the typical questions about my strengths and weaknesses. I then was hired, hiring paperwork was emailed to me. I completed the paperwork after printing off the documents and then had to either fax or scan and email back.
