Interview
2 interviews with different kind of managements - regional and "top". Pretty ok, relax...good first impression...and then NO more news. Tried to follow up with messages 2 times...NO answer. been totally ghosted. Very disappointing and DISRESPECTFUL experience. No matter what you think about the person you interviewed, the MINIMUM is a simple feedback - yes/no. A simple way to express your gratitude for her/his time, effort and interest in the company but I guess you were so busy... . A great example of everything we do not want as customers from a company. Guys spend your money elsewhere...I should have read the reviews about IRO before, it would have saved me time and energy. Shameful
