I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ISN Software (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2012
Interview
Found ISNetworld through University recruiting. ISN team members who were alumni came to my school - great group of people, extremely energetic and positive, and had strong support for ISNetworld.
Through my university, i was selected out of a pool to do the first round of interviews. It was a quick, 15 minute interview. You MUST have a positive, go-getter, energetic attitude towards the interview - speak up, ask a few questions, be prompt with your answers.
Second interview process consists of 8, 3-minute interviews. I didn't get chosen for this, but it seems like an interesting process.
I'm not too sure about a third interview.

Question 1
Role reversal. What would you look for in a candidate for this job?
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ISN Software (Lawrence, KS) in Oct 2021
Interview
They were very awkward and not very personable. I felt like I had to lead the conversation, which is not typically how an interview was supposed to go. They told me they had time for me to ask a question and after answering I would respond, and then they just looked at me. Super uncomfortable and seemed to lack interviewing experience.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ISN Software (London, England) in Sept 2019
Interview
Phone interview with two employees; one in English and one in Arabic (they were looking for Arabic speakers). I was then invited to a face to face interview where I was interviewed by five people in a row (10 minutes each), followed by shadowing a current employee whose role is the same role I have applied for. There was also a Peer Panel that all 5 of us (Arabic speaker candidates) had to attend before being given a presentation topic (the recruiter emailed me a list of three topics to prepare for beforehand). Each candidate presented separately for 2 minutes in front of three out of those five people who interviewed us earlier.

Interview
The interview process was very fast and thorough. I first interviewed on campus. Then I visited the Dallas headquarters where I was given a topic to present, attended a reception, and participated in a "speed dating" interview process. The entire process went by extremely fast and I was notified of their decision within two weeks.
