Interview
I applied through LinkedIn. 4 stages of the interview process: Video pre-screening where 5 questions are asked and you have 2 takes to answer, HR Assessment with a real person that is about 45 minutes, 1st Round interview with supervisor for this role, Final interview which is a 2-day in-house interview at Dallas headquarters. In house days consisted of one day getting to learn about ISN and the office and a second day to complete speed-dating like interviews (I had 7 seven minute interviews) and a 2 minute presentation introducing ISN, ISNetworld & its benefits for contractors. The process is long but you get a real understanding of what you're getting yourself into. I immediately accepted when I was offered the job.
