Idelo Travel interview questions

I found the interview process extremely difficult and uncomfortable. The questions in the face to face interview were lengthy and difficult to answer; like regardless what you said, the interviewer would not be satisfied with your answer. The interviewer knew that I had no past or previous experience in a position such as the one I applied for, and it felt like she was asking me questions she knew I would not know how to answer. I also felt it was awkward as there was another member of staff sat with her who did not contribute to the interview whatsoever which made it uncomfortable. The initial phone interview stage was ok - it lasted around 5 minutes and all you basically had to do was tell the person what you knew about the company and why you would make a good candidate for the position.
