I applied online. I interviewed at Idori (Boston, MA) in Oct 2025
Interview
Easy and nonformal. It was a nice conversational chat with the CEO. The interview was focused on why I wanted to intern at Idori and why being environmentally friendly is so important.

Question 1
If you could be one children's book character who would you be and why?
Simple interview, not much to do just a nice phone call with the founder. The interview itself was great and it is all about fit with the program rather than a fit with the position skills. Show that you are ready to learn, to teach, and to work hard and you can get the position.

Question 1
What is your perspective on environmental education?
It was a one-round process that involved me, the CEO of the company, and the Business Development Head of the company where it was all behavioral-based, and I was offered plenty of time to share what I could contribute to the company and what I am expecting to gain out of this role. I was also questioned about my time-management and work-production skills.
