Thorough and detailed about youth empowerment.
First interview and second interview and dbs procedure.
They communicated well through the stages.
They made sure it was about the youth so answer in relation to how much youth activity experience you have.
The questions were sent in advance to review and I was interviewed by the Executive Director virtually. It took a long time to hear back, however. They checked references as well in advance months before the offer. My references said the questions were extensive and thorough.
