The itinerary and directions were emailed to me, I had communicated with HR back and forth using both email and phone. When I arrived onsite, the person greeting me was on time. The interview went according to schedule.

Question 1
the most difficult question to answer was "why was I looking to leave my current job": I was not actively looking (pretty content, but when the opportunity came up I just decided to give it a try).

Interview
It was very relaxed. they ask simple questions based on your past experiences and your resume. You get interviewed by company/team members one by one and they also show you a tour of the building, the different departments on all the different levels and the lab and instruments etc.
