Interview process started with a generic screening call, progressed to a work sample, and then to a final verbal interview that was a combination of presenting your work sample and regular interview.
The experience was pretty standard until the final interview, where the CEO had some pretty unique questions and responses. An example included "are you smart?", followed by a request essentially to prove it. Another example was "are you competitive? there is no right or wrong answer." When I answered that I was a team player, it was followed up with something along the lines of "how do you expect to build a name for yourself if you're not competitive?" Not particularly hard in the sense that it required a lot of prep or technical knowledge, but some of the questions did feel like a trap. Needless to say, a very interesting interview with an eccentric CEO.
