The processes started off with a call from the Talent Acquisition Partner. The call was very informal and easy. I was just asked about my experience and provided a quick overview of a project I had worked on, and he explained the date engineer role in more detail. I then got a call a day later to arrange the first-round interview. The interview was informal and felt like a general chat about the experience with a few standard interview questions. The Talent Acquisition Partner called me a few hours later to review the interview and informed me that the feedback was very positive. A week later, I had my second interview, which was more technical around coding practices but, again, very informal and relaxed.
