Multiple rounds of interviews, including w/ the hiring manger, the team and then the CEO. They do a reference check prior to the CEO call.
Afterwards, all but radio silence. I should add, any contact has been me, gently inquiring about status, etc. Over two months since 1st contact, and can't even get a curtesy update on where we are in the process. Last call (three weeks ago) effectively there was a change at the C- level (?) and that was pretty much it.
Apathetic and appallingly unprofessional. Zero sense of urgency or even a lack of the appearance of a hiring plan/process.
I guess they've done me a favor, in that they've shown how the value people's time and efforts. If you enjoy being ignored, this could be the place for you.
