Interview
The good thing of interview is that you have access to the whole project of their web, actually they invite you to make some changes/design, but it also takes lot of time, and hard for beginners who do not have experience. After I know result I will submit review again.
Asked me about my experience and why I'd be a good fit for this innovative fin tech startup, with a mix of technical abilities and culture fit. They explained the vision and the mission of the organization, and the importance of taking entrepreneurial initiative, ie. which I was happy to bring to bear drawing from the many hats I've worn at past start ups I've interned at.
