Leadership interview, followed by a 30 minute assessment which had a bunch of cognitive tests and a personality test. After that a panel interview with several departmental heads. I didn't receive much feedback throughout and had to request updates.

Interview
First interview: It was supposed to be a 3-person panel interview but ended up just being a 1-on-1.
Was told I'd be emailed a 1hr assessment that evening to complete and was also informed of next steps.
I thought the interview went well but guess they changed their mind... I never received the assessment, nor did I ever receive a response to my attempt to follow up (from any of the 3 panelists).

The interviewer was on time, but definitely had a busy schedule...as the interview was timed and recorded.
Went over the position, and my credentials, asking about my specific Enablement positions and experiences.
