I interviewed at Included Health (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
I interviewed with doctor on demand and there were 5 interviews. I interviewed with multiple devs, QA and product. Some of the interviews required live coding and it was a mix of hands of with current tech and one easy-ish leetcode style question.

They asked about an API and we went into detail about the design. This included pros and cons.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Included Health in Nov 2023
Interview
Talked to a recruiter then a member of the team hiring. The recruiter was late to the call they scheduled with me. Must have gotten this role confused with another because things I were told about my interviewer turned out to be less than accurate.
The interviewer was consistently interrupting me and telling me what to do. This left me unable to show what I am capable of while also interrupting my thought process. Turns out my interviewer was new to the company. Which is not a good first impression.
Overall I don't think I will interview here again.

Interview
Interviewed May 2024. Read the other reviews and same experience, very disorganized and then ghosted.
Started process in Feb. Ghosted by recruiter. They reached back out in April. Ghosted again. Reached back out mid May. Got interviews on the book.
The hiring manager wanted to hear very specific answers. It was obvious when they spent 10 minutes talking about how they "believed in the mission", "understood the vision". It felt like they were reciting this so they could drink the kool-aid. They were really pushing hard for me to say similar things. Got a follow up tech screen followed which was very easy.
Then I got rejected saying the hiring manager did not think I was a good fit. So why schedule a tech screen after our conversation then? What a waste of time.
