Independent Project Analysis Research Analyst interview questions

Pros: Quick process, in-depth interviews, transparency in early stages, questions were job relevant, opportunity to share existing research in presentation format Cons: No response after final interview, large time investment for last round interviews Details: Within a week of applying, I had a 30-minute phone interview with a recruiter, who provided a lot a transparency prior to my second interview. Within a few days of the initial call, I was connected via a video call with one of the Senior Analysts to discuss the role and my experience further. Less than two weeks after my phone interview, I had my "full-day" interview, during which I met with about a dozen new employees across the organization for four or five interviews (i.e., two interviewers in most) and a presentation of my design (i.e., 10-15 minutes with time for questions). Most of the interviewers were friendly and shared a fair amount about their experiences and the company. The questions were largely structured and behavioral, with a few more "creative" ones thrown in. I followed up with thank you messages via email after my final interview and only heard back from the Administrator who coordinated all the sessions. I followed up a week or two later and got radio silence. I tried again about six-to-eight weeks out (i.e., my anticipated start date was three months from my interview, so I was told the process may be slower though my feedback meeting occurred the day after my final interview). I never received a response and assumed I wouldn't after so long. After going through all the work, I understand if I am not the right fit. However, it would be nice to let candidates know what was decided, especially if they have committed time to preparing a presentation and cleared their calendar for a day.
