Applied for Management Trainee in the space of Digital marketing and event management. Mode of interview - Face to face interview. You will receive email invite for walk-in. (Better to call before making a visit) Interview Experience- Interviewer were inept. I was completely into disbelief, as they had regularly neglected facts throughout the interview and glued to their old orthodox notion. They maintained their authoritarian wisdom, which is obscuring them from making fair judgement and keep basic understanding with candidates sitting across table from them. There was zero level of relevancy with questions asked, they were perplexed on what parameters they have to examine a candidate. Outcome - They will let candidate know if they shortlist him/her among top 10 candidates for the job. (Even if they select me, i will prevent going for next round of interview. After taking into account the interview experience, they have given enough number of cues proving it’s definitely not the best place to work if you’re looking forward to learn by considering this place as conducive environment.)
