It was after a week I got a call from them and scheduled an interview. The interview questions were basic ones but I think it was clearly Q and A round. They were not interactive, didn't talk about any of the issues or real time experiences, nor they asked any good programatic question. I was amazed that this kind of interview process still persists now a days.

Freshiers and juniour people take interviews they dont ask relevant quewstions will select only their relatives They dont have propoer communication skills They have no knowledge on the subject 3-4 people junior people take the interviews
