Three words to describe the interview process: transparent, friendly, and thorough. Transparency was demonstrated with clear communication about candidate standing. The people I spoke with were all interested in getting to know me as an individual and what my passions are. The interview was a three step process including an initial meeting with HR, followed by a meeting with one of the founders of the company and the technical lead. The process ended with an informal meeting with the entire team.
