Infor Operations interview questions

Received a call from HR, this first interview went through quite well as towards the end of the call, she said she will progress my profile to next stage. Never heard back from her at all even I tried to email her after a week later followed by 1 month later. Only heard from other that they have hired back the ex-employee.
