I applied in January 2018. Had a mini phone interview over the phone with HR. Then a physical interview was scheduled.
It was a panel interview with 3 ladies. After the interview, they gave me a tour of the lab and told me the would call me to let me know.

Interview
Interview consisted of about 15 typical interview and scenario type questions ("name a time when' and describe) and review of your resume and skill sets. Typically lasts approx. 30-45 minutes with only one Histology supervisor or team of supervisors. Afterwards a tour of the lab is offered where you are shown the process in progress from glass doors outside of the lab.

I applied online and was contacted by phone a few days later. I had one casual interview a week later-- after a couple of generic questions, it felt more like a conversation than an interview.
