Interview
Cold called hiring for local government contractor, asked if I was looking/searching, asked salary expectations. Pretty basic cold-call. Described the position and tools, but did not specify the contractor. I strongly disliked however being cold called and then asked to provide references, not a very good look if you're going to be the one reaching out
