Interview
Referred to Infosys by a consultancy. The next day got a call from HR team and they asked about my educational and professional details, the interview was scheduled for that weekend.
They asked me to fill informations about my profile in their recruitment portal.But due to some personal reasons I could not take up the interview , which I communicated to them by email.
The HR person called me on Monday and asked if I was ok to take up a telephonic interview, which I accepted.
I received the call at the scheduled time and the interviewer asked many questions from Spring and Hibernate. He was very polite and answered very professionally to all my queries.
Next day the HR asked me to come for a f2f discussion, there I had a project manager discussion followed by HR round.
I received the offer in a week.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (Calcutta)

The Interview have 3 rounds all rounds are Virtual.
1. Technical - 40 mins
2. Managerial - 15 mins
3. HR - 10 mins
You need to give the technical round very well other rounds are not very hard.

1 technical and an HR round. In Technical Round they focussed mostly on Software engineering questions (mostly Object Oriented Programming), scenario based questions and explain the projects you have worked in.

Long and very confusing at time, talked to maybe 15 different people through the entire process and rarely did not know who i should be following up with. Not a very good impression of a company im considering working for.
