I applied online. I interviewed at Infosys (Hartford, CT) in Jan 2021
Interview
Step 1: Phone call with brief introductions and telling the employer about myself. I also had to explain why I chose Infosys.
Step 2: Technical Interview. There were about 20 questions asked about the pillars of software development, specifically what lambda is used for as well as how I would answer certain questions. There was NO live coding. This was all done by phone as well.

If you had to make x and y different numbers than what they originally were, what is the process you would use? What is abstraction?
What is the major difference between C and Java? C and Python?
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infosys (Bengaluru) in Mar 2026
Interview
It had three coding questions, 1 of each difficulty level (easy, medium, hard). The questions were similar to the ones provided in LeetCode, so I was able to tackle it with similarity and was able to find out the concept with which I could solve the problem.
