Tech Stack: Mainframe + Agile 2 Rounds, 1st round had 2 member panel, 2nd round was director round(I guess mine was direct interview from a specific project team). To be prepared: Communication Skills is a must Technology that you're working on, be honest and they actually might take it easy on you! Expectations: always make the interview a two way street to make sure the interviewer and the whole process be close to your expected image.
