Good Communication skills (Oral and written). Good/Average Analytical skills, as this role involves lot of calculations, hence people good at numbers are preferred/encouraged. Maintain response and resolution speed as defined by SLA's. Candidates needs to be flexible with complete night shift. Freshers - Knowledge of US Healthcare Domain will be added advantage.
