Interview
Not a very complicated interview process for freshers out of college. You need to elaborate on certain elements of your resume. After the initial resume review, you would then be spit into groups of 4-5 people to take part in a small group discussion. The topic of discussion could be anything. Make sure you are aware of the the latest happenings in the world (You would not need in depth knowledge)
The interview process was straightforward and highly accessible, focusing primarily on fundamental concepts. Candidates were asked basic Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) questions, requiring them to elaborate on core principles like inheritance, polymorphism, and encapsulation without diving into complex technicalities.
It was quite basic and interactive. The panel are very much helpful for candidates to make them comfortable and the question are on point and easy to crack down for the role
Overall interview process was good. Questions were easy to answer. Basic questions from resume projects were asked. Also some questions based on ML, OOP, DBMS were asked. Prepare basic topics very well.
