I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (Bengaluru) in Jun 2016
Interview
Well it was mass recruitment to start with absolutely no respect for your time. I was asked to come at 11 and the interview commenced at 3 was sitting in one of those huge halls waiting for my turn and slept and woke up twice in mean time. Technical guys were quite good and the interviews were quite nice and were very relevant. The day I had to appear there was very bad power outage and couldnt get printout when asked the recruiter for help he was very arrogant about it and didnt care. After all rounds when it comes to make an offer he wasnt ready to make it because i didnt come with my resume printed. The way the recruiter behaved has set a firm impression never try to join this company. If they treat you like this before joining I can just imagine how they are going to be after you join. And BTW i was from a product company and these guys want to start one conginitive product by being ready to pay 40% less than my currect.
If you are from product domain dont go unless you dont find anything else in life they have a horrible HR and recruitment team who believe recruiting and the policies are earning profits. No wonder there is such high attrition and losses
