Inhabit has a very unprofessional hiring manager who has very poor communication. This publisher also has a lack of respect for applicants, authors, illustrators, and freelance workers especially those in the design field.

Interview
Three rounds - first phone call with HR, second group interview with your supervisor and HR, last one with the CEO. They move pretty quickly and the whole hiring process took around 3 weeks.
