Innovative-e Associate Solutions Engineer interview questions

Everyone was super nice. The company seems to be in a growth phase, and I could tell everyone really enjoys working together. The first round consisted of 3 larger questions you had to prepare for in advance with the hiring manager. The second round was with two of the team members, primarly behavioral/past experience. After being told I would hear back regardless of their decision, I was ghosted which was pretty disappointing, as I was excited about the potential role.
