Innovior interview questions

I had 3 interviews in total. 1st was just an initial interview 2nd technical interview 3rd Im not sure what it was. But we talked more about the company. And was told that they will arrange the job offer and will keep in touch. It was weird because I got the impression that they will be giving me the position on my last intervirw, and yet they gave it to another candidate.
