The HR contacted me on my phone to schedule an on-site interview, they are 2.5 hours away from me. I suggested doing the interview online to save commuting time, but my suggestion was rejected and they insisted on the on-site interview. So, I went there, And the technical interview started between me and a flutter developer from the company. After that, There was an HR interview, asking about my experience, expected salary, etc... At the End, The HR told me to expect a response within two weeks period. It's been over a month so far and still never heard from them again, weather I'm accepted or not, It's not very professional to totally ghost candidates. A simple rejection email would be enough.
