Interview
I applied on Inova's website around Thanksgiving and then heard back in the 2nd week of December. I scheduled a virtual meeting the following week which was done with 2-3 other students for a general overview of the program and then 1-on-1 questioning afterwards. That took about 30m-1hr total and included questions about my past experience and the units/hospitals I was interested in. I took another week (Christmastime) to get the official offer which was followed up by another phone call reviewing the onboarding process (not an interview).

the interview process felt more like an orientation, they asked me confirmation of what was on my resume, my top choices, and top locations picked out alongside my availability. focused more on behavioral questions
