Inside Government Programme Assistant interview questions

Initial interview with recruiter was fine- she went through all the generic questions and then invited me to a second stage with a manager. The second interview with the manager was over the phone and unfortunately she was very rude and uninterested in my answers trying to get the interview over as quickly as possible. The salary is outrageously low for recent graduates only £18-22K and they seemed annoyed that I said £22K would be my minimum expectations. After the second interview the recruiter/ hr said I had not passed but offered no feedback which was really rude considering it was a second stage interview that I had taken the time to prepare for. I would avoid this company as there are far better graduate opportunities out there!
