I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Bellevue, WA)
Interview
If you're looking for a smooth process, where the interactions and interview are seamless, this probably isn't the process for you. It's a herky jerky ride that doesn't end when you want it to, and finishes with a few humble boasts. The recruiters and people who work at IG are kind enough, but they are slow slow slow.
While in the interview, the company as a whole appeared very work hard/play hard. In fact that was stated to me about 5 times. If you don't drink, or don't enjoy drinking 5 days a week after work to try and impress potential clients, this might not be the best fit for you. The mentality in the office seems to be that of a recent college graduate that still hasn't quite left the fraternity.
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.
The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX) in May 2025
Interview
Began with a 15 minute warmer call with a recruiter to then schedule a 45 minute call with the recruiter, then either an in-person or online interview with hiring manager, and then last interview with manager.
