I was asked to create a sample project with some requirements and I finished in the same day and after client reviewed it. They scheduled phone interview. The interview was average and easy questions. I got the offer very next day.

Very good and productive. They asked me some information and after they told me the job description. I spoke with someone and after another recruiter came just to tell me more about the position and make me some others question. But at least the presented an offer for me.

Interview
I worked with Haley Phillips McKinnon and Maggie Nash from Insight Global. Both Haley and Maggie are exceptionally professional and go above and beyond in their work recruiting the best software engineers for leading international IT companies and organizations.
I was very impressed by the quality of the company and the job that Insight Global presented to me.
Haley is very resourceful and proactive and expedited the interview process by finding ways to communicate and interview me over Skype while I was traveling. In comparison, other recruiters were not as proactive and did not follow up when I was traveling and it was not easy to communicate with me.
My experience with Insight Global is very positive and I strongly recommend Insight Global to IT experts who are looking for exceptional positions at top companies.

The interviews and screens that I had with Insight Global were intended to confirm that my professional interests and skills are the best match for the position. Insight Global called and asked about my professional interests, experience with Java and explained that interviews with the client will be very technical and will focus on core Java.
The phone screen/interview questions included: How many years of Java experience do you have? What is your experience with Enterprise Java? What type of job and position are you looking for?
