I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
It was pretty informal. You walk in and speak to multiple employees about yourself/resume. I personally spoke with 3 people total. The first interview had two people in at once and then i met with a final employee. Each were the same format where I ran through my resume and then asked them questions of my own. I felt like i was a burden being in the room the entire time. They didn't really seem interested. The only positive experience I dealt with was the recruiter who found me.

Question 1
tell me about yourself, have any questions for me?
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
