Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter and scheduled for an interview two days later. The interview was with the district sales manager in their conference room. The interview was conversational and informative. After that initial interview, I was scheduled for a second interview with the regional sales manager. Very positive experience all around. Now just waiting on the next steps.

Tell me about your experience and how it applies to this position.
Recruiter sent me a message on LinkedIn, Phone call with them, then main recruiter phone call. Then 2 rounds with different District Managers and last round with Regional Manager & DM.
Great communication and set detailed expectations. 3 rounds of interviews. After each interview I left feeling more optimistic about the opportunity and the company as a whole. Building a good culture is important to Insperity and it shows.

What was a difficult challenge you over came and how did you do it?
They did a very good job. First call with recruiter then I had two interviews. Overall it was a very good interview experience. It does seem like the Louisiana market will be closing so not sure how helpful this will be.
