I took a phone interview with Insperity. It was a nightmare. For one, my call was scheduled at a specific time, the recruiter called me the hour before our scheduled time and said I missed it and needed to reschedule. After trying to get a hold of them, they called me 20 minutes before our scheduled time to extend their apologies and move on with the interview. The phone call lasted over an hour and the recruiter spoke for the entire first 30 minutes before asking about me or asking any questions. I dont think they even took a breath. I maybe got a few minutes to talk throughout the entirety of the phone interview. I've worked for a few major Fortune 100 and 200 companies - and this interview process was horrendous and takes forever. Also something to note, if you would like to relocate, they are not going to work with you. I asked questions at the end and every asnwer was " I dont have that information" or "thats something you'll need to ask the manager if he/she chooses to interview you." I also asked what the turn over was for this position and I got "oh people love the position! People normally move out of it within the first three years." ??? Recruiter did a terrible job. I denied the next interview - didnt even want to entertain a postion here. Last thing I will add - the recruiter made the manager sound like a giant you know what. Used words like "difficult" "picky" "micro managing" to describe the manager for the position i was interviewing for. It was almost like they were warning me to not take the job becasue of the potential manager. Again, this was a ridiculous, and awful experience - especially coming from a large corporation like Insperity.

good and quick. if they like you you'll get hired. It's like any smb sales role. relationship based and propsecting based. prove your worth and you'll get in for the job.
