its a quick and easy process mostly background check they also asked some hypothetical questions as well as what my experience was and reason i chose to work for instacart. It was basically a super easy run of the mill interview and screening the longest part was waiting on the background check then waiting on my company payment card to arrive in the mail to start working.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Instacart (Lemoore, CA) in May 2021
Interview
There was no interview process you just apply online or through the shopper app. They run a background check and as soon as that went through they sent me a card and I was able to start shopping the only thing is sometimes they have a wait list I got lucky when I applied and there was no waitlist but some people have to wait months if there’s too many shoppers in their area.
