Interview
There was no interview process. Just a few sign up things to fill out about drivers license and I believe a background check. Then when approved they sent my card and a mobile version while I waited for physical in mail.
Very nice and simple. There was nothing hard about it. Very informative. Self employed and still striving for success. must be able to take care of themselves.
My education didn't matter. I'm a MBA grad.

Easy just straight forward and common interview questions like something about yourself and how to handle customers. Interview virtually and they ask you to record yourself as well while answering the questions that they ask you.
